Long Fin Cherry Barb - TANK BREED

Long Fin Cherry Barbs are a peaceful, hardy, and vibrant variant of the standard cherry barb ( Puntius titteya ), popular for their flowing, extended fins and brilliant red color, particularly in males. Ideal for beginner, community, and planted tanks, they thrive in groups of 5-7+. These fish reach roughly 1-2 inches, prefer swimming room, and live 4–6 years.

• Environment: Well-planted tanks with plenty of hiding spots (driftwood, plants) and moderate lighting work best.
• Water Parameters: Hardy, preferring temperatures of 22–27°C, a pH of 6.0–8.0, and soft to hard water
• Diet: Omnivores that readily accept flakes, pellets, frozen, and live foods.
